ABSTRACT
One of the business sectors that continues to endure and thrive in the national economy is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). With the rapid growth of businesses today, market competition has become increasingly intense. The shift in marketing trends from conventional (offline) methods to online media has caused MSME actors who do not utilize the potential of digital marketing to miss opportunities to expand their businesses further. This socialization program was attended by 30 participants, including village officials, members of the Family Welfare Movement (PKK), members of the Women Farmers Group (KWT), and MSME actors in Bibis Hamlet. The MSME actors in this area are still less innovative in developing their businesses. Generally, they have not used creative thinking to leverage digital marketing by utilizing social networks as a marketing medium. The Community Service Program (KKN) conducted by students in Bibis Hamlet aims to increase MSME actors' awareness of the importance of digital marketing, expand market reach, and create opportunities to enhance income through online platforms. This program also encourages innovation in promoting local products. The participants demonstrated high enthusiasm for the materials and presentations provided. It is hoped that this will inspire MSME actors to apply the knowledge gained, enabling their businesses to grow and compete in broader markets.
